As he gears up to become a dad for the second time, pop star Olly Murs<\/a> has been hard at work in the gym.<\/p>\n

The Dear Darlin\u2019 hitmaker recently announced that he and wife Amelia are expecting another baby together<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Olly, 40, and Amelia, 32, welcomed daughter Madison<\/a> last May, with the X Factor<\/a> alum sharing on Good Friday that their firstborn is to become a big sister later this year.<\/p>\n

But in the meantime, Olly has a nationwide tour to complete<\/a>, performing to thousands of fans with his impressive discography of hits.<\/p>\n

In preparation for the gigs, which begin in Plymouth this week and end in London next month, the Troublemaker singer has been working hard on his physique.<\/p>\n

Wowing fans with his transformation, Olly debuted his buff body to his 4.8million followers on Monday, writing that he\u2019s \u2018pumped\u2019 to get out on the road.<\/p>\n

In a video posted on Instagram, he was captured working up a sweat in the gym, doing pull-ups, boxing, cycling, and lifting weights.<\/p>\n

His T-shirt discarded, Olly proudly boasted a toned abdomen and bulging biceps, looking much more \u2018shredded\u2019 than he did 12 weeks ago.<\/p>\n

His nutritionist, Greg, also posted a side-by-side of Olly\u2019s progress, having captured his body pre-training plan and after three months of healthy eating and \u2018discipline\u2019.<\/p>\n

The caption read: \u201912 weeks to shredded and pumped!!<\/p>\n

\u2018What a privilege to work with @ollymurs , super talented but more so super disciplined in every aspect of his life.<\/p>\n

\u2018This was such a great journey and on to the tour we go fuelling him whilst he entertain the world [sic]\u2019.<\/p>\n

Expressing his gratitude, Olly added in the comments: \u2018\u201cYou can\u2019t out train a diet\u201d consistency is key \ud83d\udd11 in every department! Greg is the man!! \ud83d\udcaa\ud83c\udffb\u2019<\/p>\n

Fans were also keen to heap praise on Olly for his efforts, with @l.i.n.g_official writing: \u2018Well done Olly \ud83d\udc4f fair play it feels amazing doesn\u2019t it full of proudness and confidence and all that work has paid off!\u2019<\/p>\n

Olly\u2019s biggest cheerleader \u2013 aka wife Amelia \u2013 was also keen to shower him with compliments, taking to her Insta Story with: \u2018When he told me he was going to get in the best shape yet for this tour he was not wrong!!<\/p>\n

\u2018And there were no shortcuts here\u2026 just discipline, hard work and training like a beast.<\/p>\n

Olly reposted her words, adding jokingly: \u2018Haha thanks for putting up with me making a mess in the kitchen\u2019.<\/p>\n

His image transformation comes after Olly reflected on the first few weeks of Amelia\u2019s second pregnancy.<\/p>\n

Chatting to buddy Mark Wright on their Heart Radio show, he said on Saturday: \u2018Mate, it\u2019s been\u2026 You know when you have those weeks where you just can\u2019t tell anyone?<\/p>\n

\u2018It\u2019s been really exciting news for us both. A shock. We didn\u2019t expect it to happen this quick, but [it\u2019s] just amazing. We just want to grow our little family.\u2019<\/p>\n

Olly and bodybuilder Amelia first met while going to the same gym and tied the knot in 2023.<\/p>\n
