{"id":396558,"date":"2025-09-04T06:33:10","date_gmt":"2025-09-04T06:33:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/396558\/"},"modified":"2025-09-04T06:33:10","modified_gmt":"2025-09-04T06:33:10","slug":"sherman-theatre-announces-packed-autumn-season-of-welsh-talent","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/396558\/","title":{"rendered":"Sherman Theatre announces packed autumn season of Welsh talent"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Alongside Dynolwaith\u00a0(26 Sept-4 Oct), its brand new co-production with Fr\u00e2n Wen, Sherman Theatre has curated a wealth of Welsh talent this Autumn, with a programme of visiting shows spanning several genres.<\/p>\n<p>Comedians Henry Paker, Benjamin Partridge and Mike Wozniak bring their <b>Three Bean Salad Podcast<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 winner of the Chortle Awards\u2019 Best Podcast award in 2024 and produced by Little Wander, to the Sherman (13 Sept).<\/p>\n<p>Discover three new worlds, from ancient mythology through to futuristic sci-fi, in <b>Surge<\/b>; National Dance Company Wales\u2019 triple-bill of captivating dance and gorgeous design (17-19 Sept).<\/p>\n<p>Profound passion meets total chaos in <b>Romeo a Juliet<\/b>, Theatr Cymru\u2019s new exploration of the famous tragic love story, placing the violent feud between the Montagues and Capulets in bilingual Wales (29 Sept-3 Oct).<\/p>\n<p>Crime, justice, childcare and who takes care of the kids when a mum gets sent to prison are at the heart of Si\u00e2n Owen\u2019s powerful play, <b>A Visit<\/b>, produced by Papertrail in association with Clean Break (7-8 Oct).
