Here, the Manchester Evening News<\/strong> takes a look at the injury news and return dates for the United squad ahead of that fixture.<\/p>\n Matheus Cunha<\/strong><\/p>\n Matheus Cunha suffered a hamstring injury during United’s<\/a> win over Burnley last weekend.<\/p>\n The summer signing from Wolves has since been withdrawn from the Brazil squad for this round of international fixtures and is a doubt for United’s clash against City later this month.<\/p>\n On social media, Cunha posted a message on Wednesday to provide optimism for United supporters.<\/p>\n “What an incredible environment, it\u2019s great to be here,” wrote Cunha. “I\u2019ll be back soon, always with joy and gratitude. Thanks for all the messages.”<\/p>\n Potential return date:<\/strong> Unknown<\/p>\n Mason Mount<\/strong><\/p>\n Mason Mount also picked up an injury during the victory over the Clarets last Saturday.<\/p>\n Amorim confirmed that Mount played for 30 minutes with an injury against Burnley before being substituted and admitted at the time that he did not know the severity of the injuries to the England international and Cunha.<\/p>\n \u201cIt was hard to lose Cunha and Mason Mount<\/a>, because Mason Mount played 30 minutes with an injury,” Amorim said after the win over Burnley.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m concerned about that, because they are so important for us.
