Chalwe Silwizya, senior asset manager at Catella APAM, which asset manages the building on behalf of Britannia Invest A\/S, said: \u201cWe are delighted to welcome Iliad Solutions and see the building reach full occupancy, and Iliad Solutions choosing 1 City Square. This letting underscores the building\u2019s strong appeal to global occupiers and reflects continued tenant demand for high-quality, Grade A office space, as the \u2018flight to quality\u2019 trend continues to drive market activity.\u201d<\/p>\n
