\n Crimestoppers, a UK independent charity to report crime anonymously, is offering a reward up to \u00a320,000 for information that leads to the conviction of anyone involved in the murder of Tikquaan Stephenson-Walters.\n<\/p>\n
\n The 28-year-old from Queen\u2019s Park was shot at close range by a suspect riding a white Honda moped in Bravington Road on September 4 last year at 11.05pm.\n<\/p>\n
\n He died at the scene.\n<\/p>\n
\n Since then, three men have been arrested on suspicion of murder.\n<\/p>\n
\n A woman has also been arrested for assisting an offender.\n<\/p>\n
\n One man and the woman have been released with no further action, while the other two men remain on bail\u00a0 and released under investigation while enquiries continue.\n<\/p>\n
\n The new video released shows a motorcyclist driving a motorbike in the night.\n<\/p>\n
\n The reward being offered by Crimestoppers is available for three months and due to expire on December 4 this year.\n<\/p>\n
\n Information passed directly to the Metropolitan Police will not qualify for a reward.\n<\/p>\n
\n Tikquaan\u2019s family, who remain supported by specialist officers, said: \u201cThe family and community are utterly broken by the devastating loss of such a special, innocent life. This heart-breaking tragedy serves as a reminder that Tikquaan could have been anyone\u2019s son, brother, nephew, or friend.\n<\/p>\n
\n \u201cYour information could be the key to bringing justice for Tikquaan and providing closure to his grieving family, friends, and our community.\u201d\n<\/p>\n

His family, understandably, remain heartbroken and my team and I remain dedicated to bringing to justice whoever was responsible for this wicked violence\n<\/p>\n
\n \u201cWe have been working tirelessly over the past year and have made three arrests in connection with Tikquaan\u2019s murder.\u201d\n<\/p>\n
\n He added: \u201cWe are particularly keen to identify a man who was captured on CCTV in the vicinity before the attack took place. We have today released footage in the hope someone recognises him.\n<\/p>\n
\n \u201cI must reiterate my appeal for anyone who has not yet spoken to us to come forward and contact ourselves or Crimestoppers anonymously.\u201d\n<\/p>\n
