However, the visit to the museum marked the first time her blonde hair was fully on display. <\/p>\n<p>During the outing, the Prince and Princess of Wales spent time with a group of children from Kender Primary School in New Cross, south London, who were studying the garden\u2019s pond. <\/p>\n<p>When a deluge of rain fell during the visit, Kate put up her umbrella over some of the school been lightening from deep chocolate brown to blonde since she returned to royal duties last year, following <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.independent.co.uk\/news\/uk\/home-news\/kate-middleton-cancer-journey-b2781173.html\">successful chemotherapy treatment<\/a> for an undisclosed form of cancer. <\/p>\n<p>The George, 12, Charlotte, 10, and Louis, seven.<\/p>\n<p>The family is said to be hoping for a fresh start in the 328-year-old, grade-II listed eight-bedroom <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.independent.co.uk\/news\/uk\/home-news\/kate-middleton-prince-william-new-home-windsor-forest-lodge-b2808816.html\">Forest Lodge<\/a>, which is nestled in a
