I don\u2019t understand it myself but from the outside looking in, it doesn\u2019t look too good,\u201d Ezri Konsa said in response to Aston Villa\u2019s restricted transfer business this summer. \u201cI know that and I know it\u2019s really killed us this transfer window. It\u2019s not the Premier League f***ing them so much as UEFA.<\/p>\n<p>And we wonder if it might be prudent for employees of an organisation, like Konsa at Aston Villa, to be made aware of just why they are f***ed, at which point they can decide whether it\u2019s the damn rules, the questionable decisions of the people paying his wages, or \u2013 as is quite clearly the case \u2013 a combination of both that\u2019s more to blame. 91%, guys?
