{"id":400877,"date":"2025-09-05T20:35:18","date_gmt":"2025-09-05T20:35:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/400877\/"},"modified":"2025-09-05T20:35:18","modified_gmt":"2025-09-05T20:35:18","slug":"ryder-cup-2025-golf-analyst-sends-devastating-message-to-keegan-bradleys-us-team","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/400877\/","title":{"rendered":"Ryder Cup 2025: Golf analyst sends devastating message to Keegan Bradley&#8217;s US team"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Former PGA Tour pro turned Golf Channel analyst Brandel Chamblee says Europe want to win the <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.golfmagic.com\/tour\/ryder-cup\" data-entity-type=\"taxonomy_term\" data-entity-uuid=\"1ce70f90-2d84-48b8-8378-553b500ffce6\" data-entity-substitution=\"canonical\" title=\"Ryder Cup\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Ryder Cup<\/strong><\/a><strong> more.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The clash between Team USA and Europe will take place from 26-28 September at Bethpage Black in New York.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Team captains Luke Donald and Keegan Bradley have completed their rosters, with both recently announcing their captain&#8217;s picks.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>As we wait for the first match to be played, there will be plenty of speculation about <a href=\"https:\/\/www.golfmagic.com\/tour\/ryder-cup\/ryder-cup-2025-predicted-us-ryder-cup-golf-pairings-bethpage\" data-entity-type=\"node\" data-entity-uuid=\"4c97df23-d57d-4aaf-a9a5-62e04fa58f2e\" data-entity-substitution=\"canonical\" title=\"Ryder Cup 2025: Predicted US Ryder Cup golf pairings at Bethpage \" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pairings<\/a> and predictions as to who will win.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The US are heavy favourites, such is the dominance of home teams since the Miracle at Medinah in 2012.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p> Article continues below ADVERTISEMENT<\/p>\n<p>Chamblee, 63, simply believes the Europeans &#8216;want it more&#8217; as they are willing to play for free.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.golfmagic.com\/players\/keegan-bradley\" data-entity-type=\"taxonomy_term\" data-entity-uuid=\"298047c1-7f05-419b-9069-343da67e156b\" data-entity-substitution=\"canonical\" title=\"Keegan Bradley\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bradley<\/a>&#8216;s US team will be paid $500,00 each, with $300,000 of that sum going to charity.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>     <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/gzxe_d9wmaakadq_0.jpg\" alt=\"Viktor Hovland, Patrick Cantlay\" width=\"600\" height=\"750\" loading=\"lazy\"\/> <\/p>\n<p>Viktor Hovland, Patrick Cantlay<\/p>\n<p>The controversial analyst said he saw a key difference when both skippers confirmed their wild cards.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;ve got to admit though, when I was watching it live, they did look like they were all in hostage videos, every one of them,&#8221; Chamblee told his podcast.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p> Article continues below ADVERTISEMENT<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;They looked sad, like their dog had just died. They did.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The Europeans, they had the benefit of probably seeing all of the posts and were like, &#8216;we&#8217;re going to give the opposite view&#8217;.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Sky Sports&#8217; Nick Dougherty <a href=\"https:\/\/www.golfmagic.com\/tour\/ryder-cup\/sky-sports-presenter-aims-happy-dig-us-ryder-cup-captains-picks\" data-entity-type=\"node\" data-entity-uuid=\"e277461e-6d52-4a4d-adf3-243040f4ea40\" data-entity-substitution=\"canonical\" title=\"Ryder Cup 2025: Golf pundit aims subtle dig at Team USA during European announcement\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">aimed a cheeky dig<\/a> at the US team when he spoke to Donald last week.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Added Chamblee: &#8220;People roll their eyes when you say this, but it is demonstrably true that the Europeans are more passionate about the Ryder Cup.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s not to say that the US doesn&#8217;t want it. They do. That tells the story of both sides.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;One side will pay to play on it. The other side wants to be paid to play on it. And I think that\u2019s the difference.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Chamblee predicts who Bryson DeChambeau will be paired with<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.golfmagic.com\/tour\/liv-golf\" data-entity-type=\"taxonomy_term\" data-entity-uuid=\"a98bdd27-b225-4fc9-b7d2-bbff98678a53\" data-entity-substitution=\"canonical\" title=\"LIV Golf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LIV Golf<\/a> recruit Bryson DeChambeau returns to the biggest stage in golf at the 2025 Ryder Cup.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.golfmagic.com\/players\/bryson-dechambeau\" data-entity-type=\"taxonomy_term\" data-entity-uuid=\"242767b9-c064-41ee-8466-f7a85ab9a8cc\" data-entity-substitution=\"canonical\" title=\"Bryson DeChambeau\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DeChambeau<\/a> has a mixed record in the contest, with the 2024 US Open champion twice tasting defeat in the foursomes.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p> Article continues below ADVERTISEMENT<\/p>\n<p>Should Bradley bench DeChambeau in that format? It would seem perplexing.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Chamblee said: &#8220;I think Bryson DeChambeau will be hard to pair with.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I believe Cameron Young plays a similar golf ball, if not the exact the golf ball.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;But just the style of golf Bryson plays has proved difficult to pair with in the Ryder Cup. His record clearly shows that.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Oh my gosh, if they can find a partner with him, why wouldn&#8217;t he play all five?
