The former Celtic and Scotland captain wouldn’t let the Ibrox icon off while on the BBCScott Brown reacts to Peter Lovenkrands’ slip of the tongue<\/p>\n

Laughing Scott Brown <\/a>called out red-faced Peter Lovenkrands he accidentally called Scotland “Rangers” during BBC punditry duties.<\/p>\n

The Ibrox legend was part of the panel picking apart the perofmance of Steve Clarke’s side during the goalless first half of the World Cup qualifier with Denmark.<\/a><\/p>\n

He was alongside former Celtic <\/a>and Scotland captain Brown and former Rangers’ star Neil McCann – who was also part of Barry Ferguson’s backroom team in charge of the Light Blues last season.<\/p>\n

Reflecting on the game, Lovenkrands said: “Denmark have had a lot of possession, a lot of good opportunities and they just need that last pass to open Scotland up a little bit. I would say it’s been positive for Rangers…for eh…”<\/p>\n

Giggling Brown quickly cut in: “You are just Rangers <\/a>daft yous two”<\/p>\n

Presenter Kelly Cates chimed in: “You are in Glasgow for five minutes…”<\/p>\n

Lovenkrands quickly corrected course: “There have been, they just haven’t been able to find that final pass to split them open.”<\/p>\n
