Ryan Reynolds<\/strong><\/a> was previously reported to be in the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday<\/a>, but if you ask him, the star isn\u2019t willing to divulge any details just yet.<\/p>\n

What did Ryan Reynolds say about Avengers: Doomsday? <\/p>\n

Speaking to Entertainment Weekly in a new interview, Reynolds was asked if Doomsday would feature any Easter eggs of John Candy, like Reynolds has liked to do in past Deadpool movies. Reynolds joked that he\u2019d written some in his head, but hasn\u2019t even been around the set for Doomsday to try and implement them.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s four that I\u2019ve got in there,\u201d Reynolds joked. \u201cOf course, I\u2019ve written them all at home in my PJs, and nobody\u2019s seen \u2019em nor have I stepped foot on set. But, yeah, that\u2019s about as far as I\u2019ll go on that one.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to a recent report from THR in their\u00a0latest Heat Vision newsletter<\/a>, it was confirmed that Reynolds would be appearing in the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday. However, his confirmation comes with a bit of a twist. According to THR\u2019s Aaron Couch and Borys Kit, fans shouldn\u2019t \u201cexpect him to actually be joining the Avengers team.\u201d It\u2019s unclear what his role will be in the film, but it sounds like he\u2019ll be doing his traditional Deadpool thing and being as chaotic as ever.<\/p>\n

The confirmed cast for Avengers: Doomsday is going to be massive. So far, several major stars from the MCU have been confirmed to be in the movie, including Chris Hemsworth\u2019s Thor,\u00a0Pedro Pascal\u2019s Reed Richards, Vanessa Kirby\u2019s Invisible Woman\/Sue Storm,\u00a0Anthony Mackie\u2019s Captain America,\u00a0Sebastian Stan\u2019s Bucky Barnes\/Winter Soldier,\u00a0Letitia Wright\u2019s Shuri\/Black Panther,\u00a0Paul Rudd\u2019s Ant-Man, and Ryan Reynold\u2019s Deadpool.<\/p>\n
