Property services firm JLL has appointed Sam Jamieson as director to lead its office agency team in Yorkshire and the North East.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Sam joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was a partner specialising in disposal instructions and acquisitions across Leeds, Sheffield and the North East, having previously spent six years at Knight Frank.<\/p>\n
Sam said: \u201cLeeds has always been a city that thrives on ambition and collaboration, and I\u2019m looking forward to building on that alongside Tom and the team here.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Sam\u2019s appointment comes as senior director Jeff Pearey retires after more than 40 years in the industry.\u00a0<\/p>\n
He leaves a lasting legacy, having grown JLL\u2019s Leeds office from 23 staff to over 100 and advised on major regional office developments including Wellington Place, Minerva & Capitol buildings, Kirkstall Forge and White Rose Office Park.<\/p>\n
Jeff added: \u201cIt\u2019s been a real privilege to work alongside so many great clients, colleagues and consultants over the past 40 years, and I\u2019ve been fortunate to have a front row seat to watch Leeds\u2019 ongoing transformation into one of the UK\u2019s prime destinations to work, live and study in.\u00a0<\/p>\n
