5<\/p>\n Prince Harry jetted back to the UK from California for his court case about his securityCredit: EPA 5<\/p>\n The Duke of Sussex is thought to have last seen King Charles last FebruaryCredit: Splash<\/p>\n The Duke of Sussex<\/a> has been embroiled in a bitter High Court<\/a> battle after the Home Office<\/a> refused to fund his bodyguards after he left the Royal Family<\/a>.<\/p>\n Speaking on The Sun\u2019s Royal Exclusive<\/a> show, Royal Correspondent Sarah Hewson said: \u201cThere is absolutely no way that the King could be seen to be intervening in this at all.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cEven any innocuous comment that could have been interpreted in a way and find its way into evidence in the court by Prince Harry<\/a>‘s barrister.\u201d<\/p>\n She added: \u201cThe King can’t have conversations with him.
