After opening its doors on Castle Street in 2016, Pasta Cosa has announced an exciting new venture. The restaurant offers a range of Italian pastas and fresh pizza to customers as well as a selection of delicious desserts.<\/p>\n
Dishes on the menu include hot options – Bolognese, pomodoro, carbonara, pesto, primavera etc – as well as cold choices such as tuna, mixed vegetables, cured meats, chicken and pancetta. The popularity of the authentic Italian food restaurant<\/a> means they will now be opening a second restaurant in the heart of Liverpool.<\/p>\n Pasta Cosa has shared on Instagram that a “new chapter” is beginning. Yesterday, September 5, the restaurant wrote: ” A new chapter begins<\/p>\n “We\u2019re so excited to share our fresh new look with you and even more excited to announce that we have a new store opening at Albert Dock<\/a> in the coming months!\u2060”It\u2019s still us, the same family run business serving the pasta you love, just with a new identity and a brand new second space to call home.”\u2060Pasta Cosa announced they will be keeping their Castle Street spot<\/a> open. The statement continued: “Our Castle Street store still remains open every day, dishing up your favourites, and later this year, it\u2019ll be getting a little refurb too, so it\u2019s an even better place to recharge and reconnect over pasta. \u2060Evolving together, one bowl of pasta at a time!”<\/p>\n Since the Pasta Cosa journey got underway in the spring of 2016, the business has amassed plenty of loyal customers who reacted to the news of the new restaurant opening. One posted to Instagram saying “Amazing can\u2019t wait” and another said “My favourite for carbonara”.<\/p>\n Content cannot be displayed without consent<\/p>\n Customers r<\/p>\n Other customers posted “Can\u2019t wait”, alongside hand clapping emojis and another said “Fab! Can\u2019t wait to visit.” Sharing a glimpse into the new chapter, a black and white video uploaded by Pasta Cosa showed an empty building with “Albert Dock coming soon” written across it.<\/p>\n Castle Street’s thriving hospitality scene has transformed the city’s business distict. Last year, The Ivy Liverpool Brasserie officially opened its doors in the Castle Street building<\/a> becoming the Ivy\u2019s third North West venue.<\/p>\n The Ivy’s collection of bars and restaurants is renowned for exceptional service, food and atmosphere, and its Liverpool venue has continued this legacy.<\/p>\n It is no surprise that Pasta Cosa have chosen to open a new location in Liverpool. In March of this year, Liverpool<\/a> was named as the best city in the UK for food.<\/p>\n
