The owners of an award-winning house that featured on Channel 4’s Grand Designs are seeking planning permission to safeguard its future due to a landslip and erosion.<\/b><\/p>\n
It has caused an “immediate threat” to the stability of the entrance to Cefn Castell, Criccieth, Gwynedd, and a boundary wall now overhangs the cliff, according to planning documents.<\/p>\n
The owners want council planners to give them permission to carry out cliff stabilisation work following the landslip which was caused by water from a land drain.<\/p>\n
