Justin Thomas is an investor in Leeds United and popular golf caddy Billy Foster has teased him in a recent social media interaction.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Leeds United<\/a> have ties to the world of golf following the fact Justin Thomas and Jordan Spieth have Leeds interest<\/a>, although Rory McIlroy chose not to invest in Leeds<\/a> like the others.<\/p>\n

Many other American investors have come together to support\u00a0the Whites\u2019 project with\u00a0the 49ers<\/a>. The likes of Spieth and Thomas are just two of many, with\u00a0Larry Nance Jr<\/a>\u00a0being the most notable name mostly linked with the club.<\/p>\n

The basketball player is known to be vocal regarding various views on the club, with\u00a0Nance Jr suggesting he\u2019d bring Marcelo Bielsa back<\/a>, and Thomas wants to be more involved with the club this season.<\/p>\n

Thomas has expressed his frustration at not being able to watch\u00a0Farke\u2019s<\/a>\u00a0side, naming the \u2018unfortunate\u2019 circumstance of why he can\u2019t visit\u00a0Elland Road<\/a>. Previously, golfing icon Thomas stated on Leeds<\/a>: \u201cI\u2019d like to. <\/p>\n

\u201cSome of the guys are giving me a hard time, that of course, now they\u2019re in the Premier League, now I\u2019m going to make my way over.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut it\u2019s unfortunate that they\u2019re not playing during kind of this, it would be great during the Scottish or The Open to either go before or stay after.<\/p>\n

\u201cThen, last year, with having a baby, it made the fall just a slightly tough ask on my end. We\u2019ve wanted to, so hopefully we can make it work by the end of this year.\u201d<\/p>\n

Will Ferrell, who is also an investor, seems to be very invested in this project as well, with\u00a0Ferrell stating American investment is \u2018catching up\u2019<\/a>, which could bring more new faces to explore the ambitious ongoings at Elland Road.<\/p>\n

Ferrell is one famous face involved with Leeds via the 49ers and a minority stake. He is joined by fellow actor and Leeds fan Russell Crowe, as well as golf champions Spieth and Thomas.<\/p>\n

Others alongside Nance Jr, include Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps. Russell Westbrook: is an NBA All-Star but is yet another who is a minority investor.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s exciting for Leeds, if they can make Premier League football stick this year under the 49ers.<\/p>\n
