Weather maps have revealed that seven counties in England could be set for a final mini heatwave of the year.<\/p>\n

Temperatures <\/a>are cooling off as we enter into the autumn month of September – but according to WX Charts not all the sunshine has gone away.<\/p>\n

Weather <\/a>maps from WX Charts have turned orange heading into the weekend, indicating the arrival of warmer weather.<\/p>\n

It could provide a final dose of hot temperatures <\/a>for people to enjoy this week before things start to get cooler.<\/p>\n

A total of 28 counties could see the mercury reach 25C or over this Sunday, September 7.<\/p>\n

The mercury<\/a> could rise to 27C in Lincolnshire, North Yorkshire, Cambridge, Norfolk and Suffolk.<\/p>\n

While a maximum of 28C temperatures <\/a>could be felt in the East Riding of Yorkshire.<\/p>\n

In its long-range forecast from September 7 to 16, the Met Office said: “Much of this period will be unsettled, with low pressure systems tending to dominate the overall pattern.<\/p>\n

“This will mean showers or longer spells of rain will affect much of the UK at times.<\/p>\n

“Some heavy rain or showers are expected in places, most often in the west and north.<\/p>\n

“Thunderstorms and hail are also possible, as are some spells of strong winds, especially if any deep areas of low pressure form in the vicinity of the UK.<\/p>\n

“Later in the period, there may be some longer spells of drier weather that develop, with more in the way of sunshine due to higher pressure.<\/p>\n
