And it didn\u2019t take them long to become firm favourites with viewers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Over the years, the brothers &#8211; who live in Bristol &#8211; have had fans in stitches thanks to their witty banter and one-liners and comical takes on the telly highlights.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Away from the TV show though, Tremaine &#8211; who is the eldest of the three siblings &#8211; presents a breakfast radio show on Bristol&#8217;s Ujima FM.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/2_the-plummers-gogglebox.jpg\" alt=\"No caption\" loading=\"lazy\"  \/>The brothers joined the show almost 10 years ago(Image: Channel 4)<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Meanwhile, Tristan has enjoyed a professional footballing career from 2007 as well as his other brother Twaine. However, a few years back, Tremaine&#8217;s <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mirror.co.uk\/news\/world-news\/\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">world<\/a> turned upside down after a shock diagnosis.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">In 2020, Tremaine celebrated spending five years cancer-free after suffering from bowel cancer. Alongside a photo of him on a hospital bed, Tremaine penned an emotional caption.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/0_IMG_3009jpeg.jpg\" alt=\"Tremaine\" loading=\"lazy\"  \/>Tremaine previously battled cancer<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">He wrote on <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mirror.co.uk\/all-about\/instagram\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Instagram<\/a>: \u201cWhen I first saw this photo it made me feel sick and weak. I hated this photo for a long time. But now this photo is my medal. This was me 5 years ago. Post-surgery for bowel cancer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">\u201cOne of the worst things that could have happened to me has turned into one of the best. Not everything bad that happens to you is the end.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/0_IMG_3010jpeg.jpg\" alt=\"Gogglebox\" loading=\"lazy\"  \/>Tremaine appears on the show with his siblings(Image: Gogglebox)<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">He added: &#8220;Out of some bad s*** comes good s***. The entire experience has been an eye-opener and I view life totally different now. Stay strong.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">As for the Plummer\u2019s personal lives, Tristan is a dedicated dad to two children, a son and a daughter. Meanwhile, Twaine is a doting father to a son.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Sadly, in 2021, the brothers sadly lost both their parents, with Tristan sharing an emotional tribute to his late mum on August 10, 2021, as he wrote: \u201cThis One Hurts Posting, This R.I.P. My Queen, Still In Shock..
