France<\/strong><\/a> will be forced to make at minimum one change on Tuesday to the XI<\/a><\/strong> that takes on Iceland<\/strong><\/a> in the sides’ World Cup<\/strong><\/a> qualifier due to Desire Doue<\/strong><\/a>‘s injury.<\/p>\n

The Paris Saint-Germain forward was taken off for teammate Ousmane Dembele<\/strong><\/a> against Ukraine on Friday, but his replacement was also taken off the pitch.<\/p>\n

Liverpool’s Hugo Ekitike<\/strong><\/a> may come into the XI, but he could be forced to play on the right side of attack in a relatively unfamiliar role.<\/p>\n

It would be surprising if head coach\u00a0Didier Deschamps<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0did not select Kylian Mbappe<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0Bradley Barcola<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Michael Olise<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0to fill out the forward line.<\/p>\n

In the middle of the pitch, Manu Kone was partnered by\u00a0Aurelien Tchouameni<\/strong><\/a>, and the duo are the most probable candidates to appear in a double pivot.<\/p>\n

With William Saliba<\/strong><\/a> sidelined due to a hamstring issues, Ibrahima Konate<\/strong><\/a> and Dayot\u00a0Upamecano have established themselves as\u00a0Deschamps’s first options in the heart of the backline.<\/p>\n

Jules Kounde<\/strong><\/a> and\u00a0Lucas Digne<\/strong><\/a> can be expected to be stationed as full-backs, while goalkeeper Mike\u00a0Maignan is likely to feature.<\/p>\n
