A patched-up side battled hard, but it was the Robins who ran out winners in East Hull for their sixth consecutive derby win. Here are the ratings.

Lloyd Kemp – Spirited performance at full-back from the teenager, who was brave, tenacious, and at times, showed his quality. He never backed down and showed why he is expected to have a bright future at the club. 7

Tom Briscoe – Scored another derby try and looked to link up on Hull’s right edge, seeing a lot of ball. 6

Jordan Rapana – Arguably his best game for Hull. Played tough, assisted Briscoe’s try and carried strong all game. Sin binned late on and could get further action from the MRP. 7

Davy Litten – Limited chances in good ball opportunities. He was well watched but stuck at it in an enticing battle with Peta Hiku. 6

Lewis Martin – As above. Worked hard in the backfield but didn’t get any opportunity in good ball. 6

Cade Cust – Battled hard before leaving the field in the second half. He got involved in a scuffle with Mikey Lewis during play, and Jack Broadbent took advantage to score. He was then interchanged. 6

Aidan Sezer – Led a makeshift and restricted side well. A proper scrum half who has been superb this season. 6

Jack Ashworth – Another Hull player who could be in bother with the MRP on Monday after a late hit on Mikey Lewis. Started at prop before returning to the field at back row. Ran hard. 6

Amir Bourouh – Gutsy and tenacious but has to be crisper with the ball. Two big errors with forward passes, one of which resulted in Rovers points. 5

Liam Watts – The veteran prop started the game and did his bit as Hull battled on. Some good carries and looked to be the middle link in a side that struggled for territory. 6

Zak Hardaker – In the back row again and ran hard before lining up at full-back. Gritty as always. 6

Jordan Lane – Played the full game again. Ran hard. Defended tough. Testament to him to play 80 minutes back to back to back after such a long time out. 6

Yusuf Aydin – The forward could be another player reviewed by the MRP after a tackle on Arthur Mourgue. He was sin-binned at the time. Otherwise, he battled hard as he has all season. 6

Brad Fash – Came on and into the thick of the action. Ran hard and scrambled in defence. 6

Will Gardiner – His first appearance since March. Did nothing wrong and played his role in a spirited Hull account. 6

Matty Laidlaw – Put himself about and played with plenty of heart. Deserves his new deal and the opportunity to kick on next year. 6

Callum Kemp – Played the last quarter and immediately got stuck in. Looked composed and added to the side. Another teenager with a bright future. 6

Hull FC were defeated in the derby. 17:35, 07 Sep 2025Updated 20:37, 07 Sep 2025 Jordan Rapana takes…

[2
13,115424,12,6531,14
0":"post-406848","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-news","8":"tag-headlines","9":"tag-hull-fc","10":"tag-news","11":"tag-rugby-league","12":"tag-top-stories
["GET
