If you reached State Pension age before 6 April 2016, you need to claim the basic State Pension instead.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">If you\u2019re over 80, you might also be able to make a claim for the over 80 pension. To be eligible you must get either a basic State Pension of less than \u00a3105.70 a week, or no basic State Pension at all. It can give you \u00a3105.70 a week in the 2025 to 2026 tax year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">What you get depends on how much basic State Pension you get, if any.
