Developer Vastint UK has launched its first build-to-rent (BTR) scheme in Scotland, with the launch of 253 new homes in Edinburgh city centre.<\/p>\n
The development, which is managed and let by Native Communities, features high-spec finishes, sleek modern furnishings and a prime waterside setting.<\/p>\n
In the works since 2016, New Fountainbridge is located on the Union Canal on a former brownfield development site and features a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom townhouses.<\/p>\n
Designed by architects 3DReid, all of the homes\u00a0have been built around private courtyards, with residents also able to benefit from a seven-day-a-week concierge, bike storage and private parking.<\/p>\n
The site includes 63 homes available at intermediate market rent (IMR).\u00a0All the homes are pet-friendly, meaning furry friends are welcome at no extra cost.<\/p>\n
