The transfer window may have slammed shut but Leeds United News has been informed the latest information on players Leeds are tracking ahead of January.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Leeds United<\/a> have interest in Isaac Price of West Bromwich Albion, per EFL Analysis<\/a>. He is a player with enormous potential, having scored or assisted five goals for the Baggies already.<\/p>\n

In fact, Price has scored five and assisted two for club and country in his last nine games since the final game of West Brom\u2019s 2024\/25 season against Luton Town, including a volley against Germany last night for Northern Ireland.<\/p>\n

The 21-year-old came through the ranks for Everton but hails from nearby Pontefract. However, he is not the only young player in the EFL who Leeds are keeping tabs on currently. LUN <\/strong>have the latest\u2026<\/p>\n

Leeds United News<\/strong> transfer correspondent Graeme Bailey spoke to us for more details regarding the interest, stating: \u201cPrice is just standing out at the moment. He\u2019s probably the Championship\u2019s best player so far this season.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis could change by January on current form, but the price tag? He will be under \u00a315 million and West Brom are probably not going to be in promotion hunt, so might be open to selling if that is the case.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s got real potential and resale value for them. Leeds have watched him. But, as we say, they are one of a few\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

The Whites, as most top flight clubs should be, are keeping tabs on the better Championship players who are aged under 25. That could be as potential Premier League targets or for contingency planning for relegation.<\/p>\n

As Bailey alludes to, Price is arguably the most in-form player in the division right now. He is also of the same nationality as Graham Smyth, which is why the journalist from The Yorkshire Evening Post loves the midfielder.<\/p>\n

In the end, Koch\u2019s Germany won the game 3-1 but the former Leeds centre-back was nowhere to be seen when Price volleyed home from a corner.<\/p>\n
