Clegg Construction has completed a \u00a337m student accommodation scheme in Leeds, handing it over in time for the new academic year.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The Fabric Works on Leylands Road is a 402-studio building with study areas, a cinema lounge, media room, fitness studio, gym, courtyard, bike storage, private dining room and shared spaces with pool tables and a dry bar.<\/p>\n
The two-year project was delivered on schedule for students moving in this September.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The scheme was built in partnership with PPG Leeds Ltd, a joint venture between Primus Property Group and HIG Capital.\u00a0<\/p>\n
