<\/a>\n<\/p>\n\n Gallacher was asked by the staff member why he had attended and he stated he was there to collect two children.\n<\/p>\n
\n He was then informed that a check would be required before the children would be released into his care.\n<\/p>\n
\n Prosecutor Craig Morrison said: “The staff member asked if he had been drinking as he smelled of alcohol.
“He stated that he wasn’t drinking but had a bottle in his pocket.\n<\/p>\n
\n “The staff member did not believe him and told him that the children would not be released to him due to his state of intoxication.”\n<\/p>\n
\n Gallacher stated that he would get a taxi for the children and that he would not go with them.\n<\/p>\n
\n The staff member refused this and Gallacher was told to leave the premises.\n<\/p>\n
\n Gallacher then turned to another staff member and said: “Don’t speak to me or I will f***ing headbutt you.”
Gallacher was informed that the police would be called and he replied: “I don’t f***ing care…get the police if you want.”\n<\/p>\n
\n A 999 call was made as Gallacher left the scene but he was later traced.\n<\/p>\n
\n Gallacher, of the city’s Kelvinhall, pleaded guilty today\u00a0to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner.\n<\/p>\n
\n Derrick Williamson, defending, told the court that his client was recently made subject to a court order for another matter.\n<\/p>\n
\n Sentence was deferred for six months on this matter for Gallacher to be of good behaviour.\n<\/p>\n
