Still, he admitted that the \u201c&#8217;Draghi effect&#8217; too often fades when legislative texts are discussed by member states.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/03\/Draghi-Observatory-Audit-Memo68.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">report<\/a> by the European Policy Innovation Council think tank found that only 11 percent of the Draghi report had been acted on.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.eu\/article\/despite-mario-draghi-europe-energy-price-crisis-has-gone-nowhere\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">In the field of energy, no actions have been completed at all<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt&#8217;s national interests, it&#8217;s national policies, sometimes it&#8217;s party political,\u201d said MEP Anna St\u00fcrgkh, who recently authored a European Parliament <a href=\"https:\/\/www.europarl.europa.eu\/doceo\/document\/A-10-2025-0091_EN.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">study<\/a> on the electricity grid.
