Meghan Markle<\/strong> is scrambling to drum up more dough and salvage what\u2019s left of her Hollywood dream, so she\u2019s cozying up to the Kardashians \u2014 and the reality clan\u2019s savvy momager, Kris Jenner<\/strong>, is plotting to milk her desperation all the way to the bank, sources say.<\/p>\n

Cunning Kris, 69, is said to be happy to throw a life preserver to the former Deal or No Deal suitcase girl \u2014 but she wants a ton of favors in return.<\/p>\n

The business whiz aims to use Meghan, 44, as a publicity puppet to promote her daughters\u2019 products and enlist her for a ratings-grabbing appearance on her reality show, sources confide.<\/p>\n

And if that\u2019s not enough to send Britain\u2019s royal family into a tailspin, sources say that Kris also wants Meghan to appear on Khlo\u00e9 Kardashian<\/strong>\u2019s podcast \u2014 Khlo\u00e9 in Wonder Land \u2014 and serve up embarrassing palace gossip.<\/p>\n

Although a rep for the royal couple strongly denies Meghan has any arrangement with Jenner or views her as a lifeline, an insider tells Globe, \u201cKris is moving in because she knows Meghan is vulnerable. Meghan wants Hollywood acceptance and everything that comes along with it, but even with [husband] Prince Harry<\/strong> on her arm, she doesn\u2019t seem to have the leverage to get there on her own.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s where Kris comes in. She can be a huge help \u2014 but with Kris, nothing comes for free. She\u2019s angling to get Meghan \u2014 and even Harry \u2014 on the show. She also wants Meghan plugging Kim\u2019s shapewear company Skims, and whatever other family brand Kris chooses.\u201d<\/p>\n

As Globe has reported, sources say Meghan and her duke\u2019s popularity has taken a hit after they ditched palace duties for life in California and verbally bashed Harry\u2019s family.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, others say that Meghan has sweetened her outreach efforts to the Kardashians by befriending Kim<\/strong>, 44, and sending her As Ever products to Khlo\u00e9, 41 \u2014 as Tinseltown royalty turns up their noses at the diva duchess and her man.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe idea that Meghan would need to resort to wooing the Kardashians would have been unthinkable a few years ago, but these are desperate times,\u201d the insider remarks.<\/p>\n

\u201cHaving Kris pulling the strings is bound to make things messy and not something Harry is likely to be on board with.
