Rose has served as MD of Chapter 2 EMEA for several years and has previous experience at LinkedIn.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>CEO Leo Harrison, former global COO of advertising agency OLIVER, founded Chapter 2 in 2020.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/businesscloud.co.uk\/newsletter\/\" class=\"ad-sc-banner\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"subscribe banner\" class=\"js-lazyload nextgen-img\" src=\"\/wp-content\/themes\/businesscloud\/bundle\/images\/ad-banners\/BC_subscribe_banner.gif\" height=\"90\" width=\"728\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 728\/90\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cSurging demand in the US has been a catalyst for Chapter 2\u2019s global growth,\u201d he said. \u201cWith our track record as a trusted talent partner to leading brands, the time was right to establish a presence on American soil.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve worked alongside Brad Rose for years, and I\u2019m confident his leadership will position our US expansion to align seamlessly with the market\u2019s pace and potential.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Rose added: \u201cThe global talent market is evolving fast and in the US, speed matters most.
