RED-HOT filly LUNANOVA<\/strong> (6.45, nap) can clean up in the Hoover Handicap at Carlisle this evening, says Daily Star horse racing expert Jason Heavey.<\/p>\n The daughter of Territories has won three of her last four races and it would have been a clean sweep but for blowing the start on her penultimate run. Nine days ago she strolled to success at Brighton by more than four lengths so the 6lb penalty she has to carry at the Cumbrian track should be well within her compass.<\/p>\n Paul Mulrennan takes the ride and Jamie Insole and Richard Newland\u2019s beast should not be troubled by the slower surface as she has a soft ground pedigree.<\/p>\n CHIEF OF STATE<\/strong> (5.45, trb) did this tipster a favour when scoring over the track and trip last week and is fancied to follow up in the Quickstep Floor Designer Supporting Andersons Handicap. Ben Haslam\u2019s lightly-raced lad looks to have plenty of upside and he should shrug off a penalty.<\/p>\n The evergreen PUNCHBOWL FLYER<\/strong> (4.50, nb) is in great heart and has finally started to make the most of a plunging handicap rating. He loves it when the mud is flying and the ground should be ideal for him at Ffos Las in the Vibe Recruit Handicap. Gina Mangan\u2019s mount also has a decent draw as high numbers can have a distinct advantage at the Welsh track.<\/p>\n Also at Ffos Las, COSMO GOODSPEED<\/strong> (5.55), who ran well in a decent race at Kempton, can score in a weak contest while the quirky RACING DEMON<\/strong> (6.25) deserves to get his head in front.<\/p>\n There is a good word for ZABEEL PALACE<\/strong> (3.50) who makes his racecourse debut at Leicester. He is said to be working well for George Boughey.<\/p>\n ZANTHOS<\/strong> (2.50) made a big impression when winning easily on her Newmarket debut and has changed hands since.
