Police descended on Moss Side<\/a> after a man was found with slash wounds in the street.<\/p>\n

Officers attended Westwood Street on Monday afternoon (September 8).<\/p>\n

Greater Manchester Police<\/a> says the victim, a 36-year-old man, was found on the street with slash wounds<\/a> to his legs.<\/p>\n

His condition was not deemed to be life-threatening, GMP says. He was taken to hospital for treatment.<\/p>\n

A cordon was put in place and officers were seen in the surrounding area, including Claremont Road, near Princess Road, at around 3pm on Monday.<\/p>\n

Crime scene investigators were also seen in attendance in Moss Side<\/a>.<\/p>\n

No arrests have been made so far in connection with the incident, according to GMP.<\/p>\n

Further details about the nature of the incident are yet to be established. Enquiries remain ongoing this morning (Tuesday).<\/p>\n
