Olly Murs has stunned fans by showcasing his incredible body transformation after months of work as he prepares to hit the road.<\/p>\n

The singer has been hard at work in the gym preparing for his next tour, Olly Murs: 15 Years of Hits – Live 2025, and ahead of hitting the stage, debuted his new toned body to his 4.8million followers on social media.<\/p>\n

Speaking previously about his tour, which kicks off in Plymouth on Thursday (April 24), the former X Factor finalist said: “Celebrating 15 unbelievable years doing what I love best will be truly special. But to top it off I\u2019m taking a band with me who I was obsessed with in my college years, BLUE!<\/p>\n

“No doubt the pranks and banter will be free-flowing but most importantly it\u2019s going to be a great night for the fans to enjoy, I can\u2019t wait.”<\/p>\n

Taking to Instagram on Monday (April 21), Olly revealed that preparations for the tour stretched beyond just his vocals as he posed for a number of snaps which showed the impressive change in his ripped physique over recent months.<\/p>\n

He also took to his main Instagram gird with a video in which he was seen working up a sweat in the gym, doing pull-ups, boxing, cycling, and lifting weights.<\/p>\n

Ripping off his T-shirt, Olly proudly boasted a toned abdomen and bulging biceps, looking much more \u2018shredded\u2019 than he did 12 weeks ago. Alongside the post, Olly wrote: “Tour starts Thursday\u2026 I\u2019m pumped.”<\/p>\n

His nutritionist, Greg, also posted a side-by-side of Olly\u2019s progress, having captured his body pre-training plan and after three months of healthy eating and \u2018discipline\u2019.<\/p>\n

The caption of the side-by-side images shared by the expert read: \u201912 weeks to shredded and pumped!! What a privilege to work with @ollymurs , super talented but more so super disciplined in every aspect of his life. This was such a great journey and on to the tour we go fuelling him whilst he entertain the world [sic].”<\/p>\n

Alongside another snap of Olly flexing his obvious muscles while working out, Greg added: “Pumped and ready to go!! Who said you cant look good at 40!!!! My way, my results, never not work!!!”<\/p>\n

Olly’s wife Amelia, who announced she is pregnant with their second child on Good Friday, also showed her support. She reshared her husband’s video to her own Instagram Story and gushed: “My husband and father to my babies,” alongside a string of emojis including a flame.<\/p>\n

The bodybuilder went on to write: “When he told me he was going to get in the best shape yet for this tour, he was not wrong!! And there was no shortcuts here… just discipline, hard work and training like a beast.”<\/p>\n

Amelia added: “So proud of you darlin’ and can’t wait to see you do what you do best [mic and person dancing emojis] whilst looking like something out of Men’s Health magazine.”<\/p>\n

It comes after Olly and Amelia announced they are expecting baby number two. The 40-year-old pop star has been married to Amelia Tank, 32, since 2023 and already has 12-month-old Madison with her.<\/p>\n

The couple then took to social media at the onset of Easter Weekend on Good Friday (April 18) to reveal that they are now expecting another baby.<\/p>\n

Alongside a black-and-white video of himself, Amelia and Madison, Olly wrote on Instagram: “We\u2019re so egg-cited to share this..\u2026 Another Baby Murs on the way [bottle emoji] [baby emoji].”<\/p>\n

In the video, Olly and Amelia are walking hand-in-hand facing away from the camera, and Madison is sitting on her dad’s shoulders wearing a denim jacket that has ‘BIG SIS’ embroidered on the back.
