It\u2019ll cost you \u00a33,499.99, though, so it\u2019s one for multi-user households or those who take their indoor riding very seriously. What&#8217;s new are the touch points, redesign shifters, the Kickr Bridge feature (<a href=\"#Kickr%20Bridge\">see below<\/a>), and improvements to the quick-release levers and shift cables.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;With Kickr Bike Pro, we set out to improve all the touch points, so we partnered with Fizik to significantly upgrade the saddle and bar tape to the 150mm-wide <a href=\"http:\/\/uk.fizik.com\/products\/saddles-tempo-aliante-r5-black-taliar5fa2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Aliante saddle<\/a> and the <a href=\"http:\/\/uk.fizik.com\/products\/bartapes-vento-solocush-tacky-2_7mm-black-bt11000a00042\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2.7mm Solocush bar tape<\/a>. It is said to be accurate to within +\/-1%.<\/p>\n<p>As mentioned, the Wahoo Kickr Bike Pro is priced at \u00a33,499.99.<\/p>\n<p>Wahoo Kickr Core 2 trainer<\/p>\n<p>Wahoo has also updated its Kickr Core smart trainer for the first time in seven years, the Kickr Core 2 coming with WiFi connectivity, a sensor bridge, and the choice of either a <a href=\"https:\/\/uk.zwift.com\/pages\/cog-and-click-setup\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Zwift Cog and\u00a0Click setup<\/a> (a single sprocket designed to fit most 8-12 speed bikes)\u00a0or an 11-speed cassette. Why 11-speed? Wahoo says this\u00a0is still the most commonly used gear setup it sees used on indoor trainers, especially at this price point. Kickr Core 2 will also be available with <a href=\"https:\/\/support.wahoofitness.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/19621522609298-Zwift-Ride-with-KICKR-CORE-FAQ#:~:text=Zwift%20Ride%20is%20a%20highly,for%20virtual%20shifting%20in%20Zwift.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Zwift Ride<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" typeof=\"foaf:Image\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/2025-wahoo-kickr-core-2-use.jpeg\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"lazyload\" itemprop=\"image\" width=\"970\" height=\"647\" alt=\"2025 Wahoo Kickr Core 2 in use\" title=\"2025 Wahoo Kickr Core 2 in use\"\/>2025 Wahoo Kickr Core 2 in use (credit: Wahoo)<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kickr Core 2 builds upon all the greatness of Core 1, carrying over and improving features like 1,800 watts max resistance, 2% power accuracy, automatic calibration, Kickr Core flywheel ride feel and virtual shifting with the Zwift Click,\u201d says Wahoo&#8217;s Tyler Harris.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNew features include WiFi connectivity, automatic firmware updates, Race Mode from the Kickr\u00a0V6, and an all-new base and assembly process, <a name=\"Kickr%20Bridge\" id=\"Kickr Bridge\">Kickr Bridge<\/a> \u2013 this is the Kickr Core sensor hub to centralise all your device connections \u2013 and then updated multi-colour LEDs for easier Kickr diagnostics and status updates.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Kickr\u00a0Bridge relays heart rate and\u00a0Zwift Click controller data through the Kickr Core for one connection point to any apps.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKickr Bridge is compatible with ANT and Bluetooth heart rate monitors and relays the data over the Kickr\u2019s Bluetooth or WiFi connection.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" typeof=\"foaf:Image\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/2025-wahoo-kickr-core-2-11-speed-cassette-studio.jpeg\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"lazyload\" itemprop=\"image\" width=\"970\" height=\"665\" alt=\"2025 Wahoo Kickr Core 2 11-speed cassette studio\" title=\"2025 Wahoo Kickr Core 2 11-speed cassette studio\"\/>2025 Wahoo Kickr Core 2 11-speed cassette studio (credit: Wahoo)<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Zwift Click version two and Zwift Ride controllers are also relayed over the Kickr&#8217;s WiFi connection. These will be coming in a firmware update out of the box.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAlongside the new Kickr Core 2 comes the option for the Zwift Ready bundle, including the new Zwift Click controllers. The new Zwift Clicks bring all the functionality of the Zwift Play controllers to a smaller and more flexible package. With the new Click controllers, there&#8217;s no need to ever leave the handlebars to fully navigate and interact with the Zwift game.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"h4\"><a href=\"https:\/\/road.cc\/content\/review\/wahoo-kickr-core-smart-trainer-291283\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&gt; Read our review of the original Wahoo Kickr Core Smart Trainer\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>As Tyler Harris mentioned, you also now get the Kickr Race Mode that\u2019s found on other Wahoo models, meaning the trainer\u2019s broadcast rate increases from 1Hz (one cycle per second) to up to 10Hz. This allows for faster power updates (up to 10 times per second) when you\u2019re riding in virtual worlds \u2013 so your avatar will respond almost instantly when you step things up.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" typeof=\"foaf:Image\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/2025-wahoo-kickr-core-2-zwift-cog.jpeg\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"lazyload\" itemprop=\"image\" width=\"970\" height=\"623\" alt=\"2025 Wahoo Kickr Core 2 Zwift Cog\" title=\"2025 Wahoo Kickr Core 2 Zwift Cog\"\/>2025 Wahoo Kickr Core 2 Zwift Cog (credit: Wahoo)<\/p>\n<p>Wahoo also reckons that it\u2019s super-easy to get the Kickr Core 2 set up thanks to flatter, more stable legs with built-in installation guidance and multi-colour LEDs that provide clear status for connectivity, ride readiness, and diagnostics.<\/p>\n<p>Wahoo claims the Kickr Core 2 can simulate gradients from -10\u00b0 to 20\u00b0, has a maximum power output of 1,800 watts, and is accurate to within +\/-2%.<\/p>\n<p>The Wahoo Kickr Core 2 is priced at \u00a3499.99, and it&#8217;s\u00a0the same price whether you go for the 11-speed cassette\u00a0option or the Zwift bundle.
