Great Scott! The first ever UK tour of the multi award-winning\u00a0Back To The Future The Musical\u00a0is heading to Scotland and the Edinburgh Playhouse for Christmas 2026.<\/p>\n

The festive season will break up the first ever UK tour of the multi award-winning\u00a0musical based on the 1985 blockbuster movie,\u00a0which opens at the\u00a0Bristol Hippodrome\u00a0from\u00a08 October\u00a02026\u00a0to\u00a0Saturday 21 November 2026. The tour will also visit the Liverpool Empire, 12 January-6 February 2027,\u00a0Milton Keynes Theatre, 9-27 February 2027,\u00a0Sunderland Empire, 13 April-8 May 2027 and\u00a0Mayflower Theatre, Southampton, 8 June-3 July 2027, with further tour dates and casting to be announced.<\/p>\n

Lead producer Colin Ingram, in conjunction with Robert Zemeckis and Bob Gale, the creators of the\u00a0Back To The Future\u00a0film trilogy,\u00a0says, \u201cI\u2019m so delighted that the DeLorean will be travelling 88 mph to all the main theatre cities in the UK so that we can bring this heartfelt spectacle of a show to those who haven\u2019t seen it in the West End or want to see it again. Audiences are going to have such a fun and thrilling ride in a show which will tour in all its glory and be one of the biggest sets to come out on the road\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n
