The festival coincides with National Walking Month which encourages people to explore new routes and get walking.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">The free programme features organised group walks hosted by local organisations and community groups, designed to boost wellbeing and highlight walking routes on our doorstep.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">There\u2019s a range of walks available with a focus on inclusivity, with options available for those with a pram, wheelchair users and walkers who require mobility aids.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">The free walks include dementia-friendly rambles and family-friendly nature trails. With over 400 walks happening across May, there are countless opportunities to get moving in a way that works for you.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">\u201cWalking and wheeling are the most accessible ways to build activity into our daily lives and this festival celebrates exactly that.
