Aurva, a security startup founded by ex-Meta engineers, has raised $2.2 million in Seed funding from Nexus Venture Partners, DeVC, and angel investors from the global security and AI ecosystem.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The round also saw participation from Chris Bream, former Security Executive at Meta.<\/p>\n

Founded by Apurv Garg (CEO) and Krishna Bagadia (CTO), Aurva provides real-time, identity-aware access monitoring. Its platform connects every data access whether by humans, services, or AI agents back to a real identity.\u00a0<\/p>\n

This ensures enterprises can detect and stop misuse instantly, strengthening security and compliance, particularly for BFSI clients operating under strict global Infosec guidelines.<\/p>\n

The firm’s architecture is built on eBPF-based technology, enabling flexible, low-overhead deployment across enterprise systems. This approach allows Aurva to deliver security without slowing down operations, an advantage over traditional data monitoring and access control solutions.<\/p>\n

The startup operates from offices in Bengaluru and Mumbai, with global operations headquartered in California, US.<\/p>\n

Aurva competes with players like Immuta, Satori, and Veza.<\/p>\n
