The hero from that win over Arsenal was Dominik Szoboszlai<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A stunning free-kick from Szoboszlai<\/a> proved to be the crucial moment against the Gunners as David Raya was given no chance.<\/p>\n

Szoboszlai is known as an attacking midfielder, but he has been putting in a real shift as a right-back<\/a> in the early weeks of the new season.<\/p>\n

Szoboszlai was back in midfield for Hungary\u2019s clash with Portugal on Tuesday night \u2013 but he endured a difficult evening.<\/p>\n

The game was finely-poised at 2-2 after Barnabas Varga pulled Hungary level inside the final 10 minutes.<\/p>\n

Just two minutes later, Szoboszlai picked the ball up in his own half and attempted to thread an intricate pass into Liverpool teammate Milos Kerkez.<\/p>\n

Joao Cancelo pounced on the pass and then scored the winner from Bernardo Silva\u2019s pass to hand Portugal the victory.<\/p>\n

Hungarian newspaper Bors<\/a> reports that Szoboszlai was \u2018seen in tears\u2019 at the end of the game as he felt completely responsible for Portugal\u2019s winner.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s added that Szoboszlai was also seen apologising to supporters for his role in Cancelo\u2019s goal.<\/p>\n

Blackburn Rovers goalkeeper Balazs Toth consoled Szoboszlai, as the Hungary captain looked truly heartbroken after his mistake.<\/p>\n

Szoboszlai does not need telling that his errant pass handed Portugal the victory, but Hungary boss Marco Rossi still made his feelings very clear.<\/p>\n

As quoted by Magyar Nemzet<\/a>, Rossi branded Cancelo\u2019s goal \u2018avoidable\u2019 and suggested that Szoboszlai\u2019s pass was a \u2018big risk\u2019.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe goal was avoidable, it would have been readable, we shouldn\u2019t have taken such a big risk,\u201d said Rossi.<\/p>\n

Szoboszlai has been brilliant to start the season, and he must look to shrug off this mistake and bring his best form back to Liverpool.<\/p>\n
