Man, 27, dies after double shooting in Brixton Hill<\/a>\n<\/p>\n\n A 27-year-old man has died after a double shooting in Brixton Hill.\n<\/p>\n
\n Two men, aged 20 and 27, were found injured in Forster Road\u00a0at 8.50pm on September 8.\n<\/p>\n
\n They were taken to hospital where the 27-year-old victim died in the early hours of this on September 9.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n His family have been notified and are being supported by specialist officers.\n<\/p>\n
\n The 20-year-old man\u2019s injuries are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.\n<\/p>\n
\n He remains in hospital.\n<\/p>\n
\n Detective Chief Inspector Sarah Lee, who is leading the investigation, said:\u00a0\u201cMy team are working at pace to establish the full circumstances that led to this man\u2019s tragic death.\n<\/p>\n
\n \u201cOur thoughts remain with the victim\u2019s family and friends at this very difficult time. They continue to be supported by specialist officers.\n<\/p>\n
\n \u201cA crime scene remains in place and residents can expect to see increased patrols in the local area as we carry out enquiries.\n<\/p>\n
