A woman was injured and a dog killed in a violent dog attack near St Michael’s Station this evening. Police were called to Priory Wood shortly after 8.15pm on Tuesday, September 10, following reports an American Bulldog had attacked another dog.<\/a><\/p>\n During the incident, a woman sustained a cut to her hand. Despite emergency efforts, the dog died at the scene. Officers responded and seized the American bulldog. An investigation is underway to identify and locate its owner.<\/p>\n A witness described seeing a woman “covered in blood” near the station.
