Donald Trump prompted fresh health fears on social media during his latest public appearance. The US President stepped out on Thursday alongside his wife Melania Trump<\/a> to mark the 24th anniversary of the 9\/11 terror attack.<\/p>\n

But the sight of Mr Trump<\/a> at the Pentagon renewed health fears among some social media users who were quick to notice that, on camera, Mr Trump’s mouth appeared to droop to one side. One X user posted an image of the president in which, they claimed: “He looks like he has had a TIA\/minor stroke. This isn\u2019t a one off expression, he\u2019s been like this for 30 mins”.<\/p>\n

A second X user claimed: “Don’t usually buy into conspiracy theories much but Trump definitely looks like he’s had a stroke at some point.”<\/p>\n

A third claimed: “Trump struggling to keep his eyes open at 9\/11 remembrance event at the Pentagon”.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, another X user suggested Mr Trump may be saddened by the memorial and recent events, suggesting he looked “tired and troubled” at the Pentagon, adding First Lady Melania Trump<\/a> did so as well.<\/p>\n

There has been no official update on Trump’s health from the White House, and no confirmation of the president suffering any medical incident.<\/p>\n

The latest speculations come after Mr Trump and the White House rejected rumours about his ill-health that had circulated online in early September.<\/p>\n

The remembrances in the US<\/a> today are being held at a time of increased political tensions, a day after right-wing activist Charlie Kirk<\/a> was shot and killed while speaking at a university in Utah.<\/p>\n

Mr Trump and Mrs Trump, along with General Dan Caine, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth, sat at a dais and listened as the names of the 184 killed at the Pentagon on 9\/11 were read aloud.<\/p>\n

After each of the victims\u2019 names was announced, a bell was rung.<\/p>\n

Giving a speech at the event, Mr Trump announced Mr Kirk would posthumously be awarded the presidential medal of freedom, which is the highest award given to civilians in the US.<\/p>\n

Speculation about Mr Trump’s health has swirled on social media in recent weeks. During Labor Day weekend, Mr Trump’s absence from screens and airwaves prompted some to make false claims that he had died.<\/p>\n
