Gorillaz are bringing their new arena tour to Liverpool. The virtual band will perform at the M&S Bank Arena<\/a> on Sunday, March 29 as part of their The Mountain Tour.<\/p>\n

The band, consisting of musician Damon Albarn and artist Jamie Hewlett, will be performing tracks from their upcoming album The Mountain.<\/p>\n

Formed in 1998, the project features four fictional, animated members and a complex backstory that unfolds through music videos, comics, and other media. Albarn is the permanent musical contributor, and the project frequently collaborates with a wide range of guest musicians.<\/p>\n

The band have sold over 38 million equivalent albums worldwide and are known for a range of hits including “Feel Good Inc.”, “Clint Eastwood”, “DARE”, and “On Melancholy Hill”.<\/p>\n

Presale tickets will be available for purchase on Thursday, September 18 at 11am.<\/p>\n
