It\u2019s still early days, but David Moyes\u2019 side sit among the worst three sides for StatsBomb xG conceded this season:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"999\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Premier-League_2025_2026_team_season_np_xg_conceded_pg-999x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-146460 webpexpress-processed\"  \/><\/p>\n<p>As for Villa, the deadline day arrival of Elliott should add some much-needed quality and intensity to their attacking play.<\/p>\n<p>Despite finding regular minutes hard to come by at Liverpool, Elliott often impressed, netting three goals in five UEFA Champions League appearances last season. He was also named the player of the tournament at the U21 European Championship in the summer.<\/p>\n<p>Elliott isn\u2019t 100% nailed-on to start in Gameweek 4, but he perfectly fits the profile Villa have been seeking this summer, and there is a strong possibility that he will feature off the right or in a No 10 role. Even if he starts wider, he\u2019ll look to drift infield and get on the ball in more central areas.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cFor me, now, it\u2019s about kicking on as a player. The only way to do that is to play games and there\u2019s no better place to do that than here, especially with the manager, his philosophy, the way he plays and his trust in younger players.\u201d \u2013 Harvey Elliott<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Notably, Elliott\u2019s threat from distance could be key at Everton on Saturday \u2013 no side has conceded more shots from outside the box than the Toffees\u2019 this season, with 21.<\/p>\n<p>ADRIEN TRUFFERT<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"473\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/2025-08-30T155924Z_1610295091_UP1EL8U18EYST_RTRMADP_3_SOCCER-ENGLAND-TOT-BOU-1-1024x473.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-146458 webpexpress-processed\" style=\"object-fit:cover;width:500px;height:250px\"  \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>FPL ownership:<\/strong> 1.1%<\/li>\n<li><strong>Price:<\/strong> \u00a34.5m<\/li>\n<li><strong>GW4-8 fixtures:<\/strong> BHA | NEW | lee | FUL | cry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Owned by just over 1% of Fantasy managers, <strong>Adrien Truffert<\/strong> (\u00a34.5m) has made an impressive start to his Bournemouth career.<\/p>\n<p>Slotting in seamlessly for <strong>Milos Kerkez<\/strong> (\u00a36.0m) at left-back, he took up his most advanced position of the season so far during his recent home match against Wolverhampton Wanderers:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"707\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Pass-Network-AFC-Bournemouth-1-0-Wolverhampton-Wanderers-2025-08-23-1024x707.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-146461 webpexpress-processed\"  \/><\/p>\n<p>The fact that he received 19 passes in the final third, the most of any player except <strong>Antoine Semenyo<\/strong> (\u00a37.4m), and attempted six crosses from open play provides further optimism, particularly with back-to-back home encounters on the horizon.<\/p>\n<p>Crucially, Gameweek 4 opponents Brighton and Hove Albion have conceded a league-high 15 chances down their right flank this season, compared to just one on the left (see image below).<\/p>\n<p>That is something Truffert and Semenyo will surely look to take advantage of.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"691\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Screen-Shot-2025-09-11-at-15.52.53-691x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-146462 webpexpress-processed\" style=\"width:450px\"  \/><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cWe have a good understanding and have been training since the start of pre-season. The boy can run!\u201d \u2013 Antoine Semenyo on Adrien Truffert<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cWe believe a lot. He was playing against a player who is very good. I think he was exceptional. He was cramping at the end. He combined very well with Antoine on the left side.\u201d \u2013 Andoni Iraola on Adrian Truffert, speaking after Bournemouth\u2019s 1-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur in Gameweek 3<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Bournemouth\u2019s clean sheet prospects look reasonably promising, too.<\/p>\n<p>The Cherries have already shut out Wolves and Tottenham Hotspur this term, and in the 2024\/25 season, conceded just 16 goals on home turf, the joint-fewest of any team in the Premier League.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the fixture list remains kind for Bournemouth all the way up to the end of October, so Truffert appears a good option for the longer term.<\/p>\n<p>LUCAS PAQUETA<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"452\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/2025-08-22T191054Z_1357381524_UP1EL8M1HA5B7_RTRMADP_3_SOCCER-ENGLAND-WHU-CHE-1-1024x452.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-146459 webpexpress-processed\" style=\"object-fit:cover;width:500px;height:250px\"  \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>FPL ownership:<\/strong> 2.4%<\/li>\n<li><strong>Price:<\/strong> \u00a35.9m<\/li>\n<li><strong>GW4-8 fixtures:<\/strong> TOT | CRY | eve | ars | BRE<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Another player who has been producing points over the past two Gameweeks is <strong>Lucas Paqueta<\/strong> (\u00a35.9m).<\/p>\n<p>The Brazilian scored a fine strike from outside the box against Chelsea in Gameweek 2, before rolling home a penalty in the 3-0 win over Nottingham Forest prior to the international break.<\/p>\n<p>During this timeframe, Paqueta has racked up five shots and three key passes.<\/p>\n<p>He\u2019s also recorded 32 defensive contributions (DefCons) this season, which earned him two extra points in Gameweek 3.<\/p>\n<p>Observing Paqueta, it is evident that a weight has been lifted from his shoulders after he was cleared of spot-fixing, and he is clearly coming into form after a disrupted 2024\/25 campaign.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cHe\u2019s a player that we understand, we love, his quality is incredible. Our challenge is to help him bring that out to the best of his ability, to fit with what we\u2019re trying to do. If we can do that he\u2019s a massive asset for us.\u201d \u2013 Graham Potter on Lucas Paqueta<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Tottenham Hotspur could prove to be the ideal opponents for Paqueta in Gameweek 4.
