\n\tPrince Louis<\/a> just picked up a new hobby that would make Taylor Swift proud! The 7-year-old son of Prince William<\/a> and Kate Middleton is in his music-making era, and it\u2019s such a youngest child vibe we can\u2019t help but laugh.<\/p>\n

\n\tPrince William visited Spiral Skills, a youth organization that works with William\u2019s foundation Homewards, earlier this week. While visiting kids at the music charity, a 16-year-old named Django Brooke asked if the royal wanted to play. He replied, per Hello!,<\/a> \u201cI\u2019m definitely not a drummer. I\u2019m happy to see you do it, if my youngest was here, he\u2019d have a go, because he\u2019s practicing at the moment, but I\u2019d love to hear you do it. But thank you for asking.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tDid you catch that? His youngest, Prince Louis, is practicing drums now?! This kid is a wild card, always laughing and making silly faces at public events, and we just know he is a handful at home too. So, whoever thought to give this kid drums was an evil genius. I\u2019m getting a headache just thinking about the loud banging this kid must make while practicing!<\/p>\n

\n\tFor William, though, learning how to play music is a good skill. He praised the \u201cbrilliant\u201d young musicians at the event, saying, \u201cYou\u2019ve all got amazing rhythm, and it sounds fantastic.\u201d He then opened up about his own experience with music as a kid. \u201cI wish I started when I was your age,\u201d Prince William admitted. \u201cI couldn\u2019t read music so that was biggest weakness, I started off playing piano, trumpet and the drums and then realized I had to memorize every tune, and it just fell away.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tNow, he makes sure his kids, including Prince George<\/a>, 12, and Princess Charlotte<\/a>, 10, know how to play. \u201cI make sure my children learn music because I love music and it\u2019s crucial, really important,\u201d Prince William said, revealing that Prince George plays guitar and Princess Charlotte plays piano.<\/p>\n

\n\tPlaying music runs in the family. The late Princess Diana, the late Queen Elizabeth II, and Kate Middleton could all play the piano, while King Charles III is a celloist.<\/p>\n

\n\tIt\u2019s not surprising that Prince Louis picked a loud instrument \u2014 maybe he and his siblings can form a future royal band one day? \u2014 but what is surprising is that Prince George is silly at home too. At the national federation of the Women\u2019s Institute<\/a> earlier this week, someone commented on Prince George\u2019s polite public demeanor. <\/p>\n

\n\tPrince William replied, \u201cBehind closed doors, it\u2019s a completely different ball game.\u201d (We\u2019re not saying that makes those band rumors true, but we\u2019re not not saying that either.)<\/p>\n
