police<\/a> burst into the street yesterday morning as the area was full of parents taking their kids to school.<\/p>\nHe said: “I was woken up as the emergency services arrived on the street in heavy numbers. There was at least six police vehicles and they quickly locked down the road at either side.<\/p>\n
“There are three schools in this scheme so this street is usually very busy with traffic in the morning. But, it was chaos yesterday and police were diverting them a different way. This place seems to be getting worse for crime..<\/p>\n
“The man seemed to be in a bad way when he was taken into the ambulance so I just hope he is going to be okay.”<\/p>\n
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: \u201cAround 7.30am on Thursday, 11 September, 2025, we were called to a report of a man seriously injured within a property on Huntingtower Road, Glasgow.<\/p>\n
\u201cOfficers attended and he was taken by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.
