{"id":420448,"date":"2025-09-13T06:51:12","date_gmt":"2025-09-13T06:51:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/420448\/"},"modified":"2025-09-13T06:51:12","modified_gmt":"2025-09-13T06:51:12","slug":"half-term-activities-at-lifecare","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/420448\/","title":{"rendered":"Half term activities at LifeCare"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Spooky crafts, robotics and family fun \u2013 all free this October in Stockbridge<\/p>\n<p>The LifeCare Community Hub on Cheyne Street in Stockbridge is once again giving back to local families with free school holiday activities for children this October.<\/p>\n<p>The charity\u2019s bright, thriving hub welcomes thousands of visits each year and offers more than 80 weekly activities for local people of all ages, providing everything from fitness and music to pop-up play, unpaid carers wellbeing support and a wide range of creative classes.<\/p>\n<p>This October, the hub is turning its attention to young people across the school holidays with a series of free, frightfully fun holiday sessions:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tuesday 14 October, 10\u201311am \u2013 Spooky Crafts<\/strong>\u00a0(no need to book)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Thursday 16 October, 10\u201311am \u2013 Playbotics<\/strong>\u00a0(email\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/theedinburghreporter.co.uk\/cdn-cgi\/l\/email-protection#f3809281929b978690989e929d879c9db39f9a959690928196de96979a9d918681949bdd9c8194dd8698\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">[email\u00a0protected]<\/a>\u00a0to book in advance)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Friday 31 October, 1\u20132pm \u2013 Halloween fun in the caf\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0(come in your spookiest fancy dress!)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>While the kids get stuck into spooky fun, parents and carers can relax with a cuppa, lunch or a sweet treat in our welcoming community caf\u00e9.
