\n Ofsted visited Co-op Academy Parkland, on Old Park Road between Greengates and Thorpe Edge, on June 24 and 25.\n<\/p>\n
\n It received a \u2018good\u2019 rating across all categories, including quality of education, behaviour and attitudes, personal development, leadership and management,\u00a0 and early years provision.\n<\/p>\n
\n The report said the school \u201cputs pupils and their families at the heart of everything it does\u201d and\u00a0acts as a \u201chaven for the community\u201d.\n<\/p>\n
\n The report said: \u201cPupils and staff are inspired to, \u2018do what matters most, be yourself always, show you care and succeed together\u2019.\n<\/p>\n
\n \u201cThese values shine through the broad and ambitious curriculum and nurturing ethos.\n<\/p>\n
\n “They are at the heart of the school\u2019s successful and rapid improvement. The enthusiasm and dedication of the whole school community to make the school the best it can be is palpable.\n<\/p>\n
\n \u201cThe school is a calm, welcoming place, where relationships are warm and respectful. There are high expectations for pupils\u2019 learning and behaviour.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n
\n \u201cPupils concentrate in lessons, feel safe and behave well. They know staff will help them with any difficulties or worries that they may have.\u201d\n<\/p>\n

\n \u201cThe school\u2019s last inspection in 2023 acknowledged that improvements were underway and this latest report confirms that they have now taken hold.\n<\/p>\n
\n \u201cThis \u2018good\u2019 in all areas of judgement marks a significant and well-deserved turning point for a school that has worked tirelessly to improve outcomes for every pupil.\n<\/p>\n
