Prince Harry<\/a> and King Charles<\/a> have finally had a sit-down at Clarence House, the monarch’s London residence, after weeks of speculation about whether they would meet.<\/p>\n

This marks the first time in 19 months that the father and son duo have spent time together, with their last meeting occurring shortly after the King’s cancer diagnosis.<\/p>\n

While this may indicate a gradual easing of tensions between Charles and Harry<\/a>, there is still no sign of improvement in the relationship between the Duke of Sussex and Prince William.<\/a><\/p>\n

Experts predict that this situation is unlikely to change in the near future, even suggesting that the future King might not be too pleased about his father’s meeting with his estranged brother.<\/p>\n

Jennie Bond, a former BBC Royal correspondent, exclusively told the Mirror<\/a> that William might harbor some “resentment” towards Harry and Charles reconciling.<\/p>\n

The expert added that she didn’t believe that reconciliation between the “brothers was on the horizon soon”.<\/p>\n

“Time may yet prove the great healer, but, where William is concerned, now is certainly not the right time for reconciliation with his sibling,” Jennis said. “Indeed, it may never happen.”<\/p>\n

Other experts have echoed these sentiments, with commentator Daisy McAndrew telling The Sun, “My impression is [William] doesn’t feel comfortable with this rift being fixed and he, I don’t think, would have wanted this meeting to have gone ahead.”<\/p>\n
