Two police<\/a> cars and an ambulance have been spotted on a Broomhouse street in the capital.<\/p>\n

The Saturday, September 13, incident is understood to be ongoing but it is not yet known what lead to the response from Police Scotland and the Scottish Ambulance Service.<\/p>\n

In images shared with Edinburgh Live, a police car can be seen parked in New Lairdship Place as an ambulance sits at the junction entering the street while another police vehicle is visible on Broomhouse Road.<\/p>\n

An eye witness, a mum who did not wish to be named, said Broomhouse is normally quiet at this time of day and ‘she hoped everyone was ok.’<\/p>\n

“Broomhouse is normally a really quite place during the day and you don’t normally see an emergency service response like that in a residential street,” she said.<\/p>\n

“I really hope everyone is ok, it does make you worry when you see an ambulance with the police.<\/p>\n

“We had just been passing by foot when we noticed the vehicles but we don’t know what has happened.”<\/p>\n
