{"id":422792,"date":"2025-09-14T04:20:12","date_gmt":"2025-09-14T04:20:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/422792\/"},"modified":"2025-09-14T04:20:12","modified_gmt":"2025-09-14T04:20:12","slug":"national-crime-agencys-most-wanted-list-september-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/422792\/","title":{"rendered":"National Crime Agency&#8217;s most wanted list September 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n  The NCA\u00a0is the UK&#8217;s lead agency against organised crime, trafficking, cyber crime and economic crime operating across\u00a0international borders.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  As of September 2025, on their most wanted list are 19\u00a0men suspected of\u00a0crimes ranging from rape to murder.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  In that 19 there are seven who police believe might be in London or who are suspected of crimes in London.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Here are their names and faces.\n<\/p>\n<p>  Christakis Philippou<\/p>\n<p>\n  <img   style=\"width: 100%;\"\/>(Image: NCA)\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Between 2004 and 2006 he and co-defendants are alleged to have repeatedly set out to acquire, or sometimes to set up from scratch, travel agency businesses which were used as vehicles for fraud.\u00a0\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The travel agencies attracted customers by offering cut-price holidays.\u00a0\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The prices were so low that legitimate companies could not compete with them. In each case, the travel agency ceased to trade, leaving around 20,000 customers without a holiday.\u00a0\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Philippou, who is believed to be in London, is described as being around 165cm tall, with grey receding hair and tan skin.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>  Jack Mayle<\/p>\n<p>\n  <img   style=\"width: 100%;\"\/>(Image: NCA)\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Jack Mayle is also\u00a0alleged to have run a drugs line in south London and Surrey called Flavour Quest.\u00a0\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  It is alleged that he worked with\u00a0a dark web drug dealer buying and selling drugs between each other for onward sales through their respective drug networks.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The NCA said he fled after he was charged.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Mayle was born in Croydon and has a distinctive tattoo reading &#8216;Croydon&#8217; on his left forearm.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  He also has a diamond tattoo under his left eye and tattoo which says \u201cmoney never sleeps\u201d on his left hand.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Mayle is around 30-years-old, 5ft11in tall and has a muscular build.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The NCA said he\u00a0is known to carry weapons; is a regular gym goer and is vegan.\n<\/p>\n<p>  Ersin Mustafa \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\n  <img   style=\"width: 100%;\"\/>(Image: NCA)\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  He is a former employee\u00a0of bank JP Morgan Cazenove&#8217;s London branch between 2006 and 2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  He is alleged to have\u00a0obtained information about future acquisitions and mergers, which were provided to others who then traded using this information.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The group he is alleged to have been involved made approximately \u00a32.5million.\u00a0\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  He was arrested by City of London Police in 2008 and was released on bail.\u00a0\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  But he has not been seen since and it is believed he fled the UK around December 2009.\u00a0\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The NCA believes he could be in London and he is described as being around 165cm tall, of stocky build with dark hair and tanned skin.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>  Ozgur Demir and Osman Aydeniz\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\n  <img   style=\"width: 100%;\"\/>(Image: NCA)\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Three people have already been convicted in connection with this offence.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The National Crime Agency have asked anyone who knows of the Turkish nationals\u2019 whereabouts to get in touch.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>  Daniel Dugic<\/p>\n<p>\n  <img   style=\"width: 100%;\"\/>(Image: NCA)\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The offence is said to have taken place in 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The conspiracy involved a small UK vessel meeting a commercial container ship in the English Channel from which the drugs were transferred.\u00a0\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Although Dugic was not on board either vessel, he is alleged to have played a major part in organising the importation.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  A number of other individuals were convicted of the crime but Dudic was never brought to justice.\u00a0\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Originally from Serbia, it is thought that Dudic could be in London.\n<\/p>\n<p>  John Barton<\/p>\n<p>\n  <img   style=\"width: 100%;\"\/>(Image: NCA)\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The sentencing took place in his absence and Barton has never seen justice.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The crimes took place between 1999 and 2000.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  He is believed to have links to Fuengirola in Spain as well as London.\u00a0\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Barton is described as around 170cm tall, of medium build, with dyed receding hair.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The NCA\u00a0is the UK&#8217;s lead agency against organised crime, trafficking, cyber crime and economic crime operating across\u00a0international borders.&hellip;\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":422793,"comment_status":"","ping_status":"","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[7757],"tags":[748,393,4884,257,16,15],"class_list":{"0":"post-422792","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-london","8":"tag-britain","9":"tag-england","10":"tag-great-britain","11":"tag-london","12":"tag-uk","13":"tag-united-kingdom"},"share_on_mastodon":{"url":"https:\/\/pubeurope.com\/@uk\/115200735595370357","error":""},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/422792","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/2"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=422792"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/422792\/revisions"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/422793"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=422792"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=422792"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=422792"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
