Flooding has submerged cars in one city as torrential rain has caused disruption across Wales.<\/b><\/p>\n
A video posted on Facebook showed a car driving through flood water on Cwmbwrla roundabout on Carmarthen Road – one of the main routes into Swansea.<\/p>\n
South Wales Police has closed the road and diverted traffic while South Wales Fire and Rescue Service said its crews were dealing with multiple flooding incidents in Swansea, including Killay, Cwmbwrla and Manselton.<\/p>\n
