that inspires and unites all aspects of the institution.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The school\u2019s &#8220;transformational leadership&#8221; has, according to the inspectors, grown St Michael&#8217;s into an &#8220;exemplary Church school&#8221; where the vision and values are fully embraced by pupils and adults alike.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  This vision is said to &#8220;shape an inclusive and engaging curriculum tailored to the needs of pupils, developing a love of learning and broadening their horizons.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The report praised the &#8220;ambitious and caring leaders&#8221;
