\n The SIAMS report states this creates “an environment where pupils and adults are highly valued, supported, and believed in.”\n<\/p>\n
\n Staff morale was described as “high,” with staff supported both personally and professionally.\n<\/p>\n
\n The inspection team also noted a strong sense of responsibility within the school, with opportunities for pupils to serve as eco-warriors or school councillors.\n<\/p>\n
\n Executive headteacher, Mrs Michele Lewis, and head of school, Mrs Alison Chambers, said: “We could not be prouder of this report.\n<\/p>\n
