\n Jones Myers family law firm has recognised a Leeds Beckett University graduate with its annual award for academic excellence.\n <\/p>\n
The 2025 Jones Myers Prize for the Best Overall Performance on the Master of Laws of England and Wales has been awarded to Eloise Smith.<\/p>\n
The award, now in its sixth year, celebrates outstanding achievement on the postgraduate course.<\/p>\n
Eloise, who emigrated to Australia last year, said she was honoured to receive the accolade:<\/p>\n
\n“This recognition\u00a0serves not only as a great honour but also as a source of motivation as I continue my journey in law. My sincere thanks\u00a0to everyone at Jones Myers for this\u00a0generous acknowledgment.\u00a0<\/p>\n
“The prize has strengthened my ambitions for a career in law. After emigrating to Australia last year, I plan to complete the Practical Legal Training program required for admission as a lawyer in this country, which will further enable me to practice as a solicitor.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Ross has joined the firm\u2019s children\u2019s department, which is recognised internationally for its work across public and private children\u2019s law.<\/p>\n
